Is it possible to land and settle in a different city of a different
Province in Canada although u have asigned different city in ur application.

As an FSW you can land anywhere except Quebec, it does matter what city you noted in you application. God willing we'll probably settle in different city than the mentioned in my app.

Section 6(2) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom gives every person who has the status of a permanent resident of Canada the right

(a) to move to and take up residence in any province; and

(b) to pursue the gaining of a livelihood in any province.

Therefore, once you become a permanent resident, irrespective of the categories of your PR, you can settle in any part of Canada. The Charter supersede every law in Canada. In other words, any law that is inconsistent with it will become void.

I want to know if aninterview is required on every fsw2 applicants? Because i have not receive any interview requirement for me.
my son who is 6 months old canadian did not have his medical because they did not require for it,is that the way it is? Just sent our pasports last nov. 18, i have emailed them last dec. 2, whether they received it and ask the status but got no reply until now. Hope to get news by the end of the month.i have Sent my documents from the philippines.
Pls give your opinions, appreciate it,tnx

An interview is not an requirement of every Fsw2 (or fsw1) applicant, as you have your PPR that means they're not going to interview you. Your son doesn't need a medical because he's a citizen. I am sure you'll get good news soon. Congrats!

That's mean although I noted Toronto, I can take direct fight
To Vancouver, land there, and settle there without to go to Toronto?

Yes, you can fly directly to Vancouver, land there, and settle there without ever going to Toronto.
