It's been a month now , and still waiting for my passport , my application was with Ottawa but they ask me to send it to NY office ,
I don't know how long they will take , they will be sending it via regular mail, (can't even track it )

did you get passport request from New York or Ottawa

seek lmo from different employer and change status

Terki is 100% correct. If you are filing for a PR under arranged employment (FSW2), you are supposed to be working on a valid work permit when the PR is granted (employer may change). The reason they ask for updated job letter is just to verify that you are still working on a valid work permit in Canada.

If you are not, your application may get refused.

post MR - dept allocates to Sec/crim clerance

crim clearance - 1-5 days
sec clearance - 1month - 6 month case specifc

My File has been transferred from Ottawa to New York after Medical and RPRF payment ( I believe I am the only one in this situation).

I sent couple of emails to New York office to know the status, around 20 days back BUT no reply till now...seems they are sleeping

Could you please suggest me some alternative way-out to contact New York office.
