Hi ,

My Medicals will expire on April 14th 2013.Does any one knows if there is any chance that visa can be valid after after April 2013 or it is only valid till medicals are valid.

Does any one have any idea or any clue to it.?

Congrats Trick,
Enjoy your day and celebrate.
I was just wondering if CIC had recently requested you to send them updated forms or any documents?
Thanks

No they did not ask me to submit any documents.Only Buffalo asked me to submit documents before it's closure which I did, after that no
more requests for any documents.

My work permit expires in August, does anyone know if that is true that they will make a decision prior to the expiration?

Hi

Get your facts right,CIC has announced that Detroit office has been closed for PR related cases not visitor visa cases.PR related cases will be transferred to either NY or LA.In my previous post I have written closed for such cases, which I meant PR related cases not Visitor related.Your friend should go for an interview.Who knows he might get interviewed by somebody ,either by human being or some ghost, who might be fond of immigrants ,may grant your friend visa then and there(Just Kidding).

We are here just to help people not to spread bad news .

Check below given link and see section in Yellow, which will open your eyes.

Where did you get your story from? Why are you posting misleading stuff here without checking the facts first? Even when you are being corrected/directed in your ignorance, you still sound pretty arrogant and rude.
