Buffalo to Ottawa Transferred Cases(FSW) - Pls join here

I applied may , 2012
medical request from buffalo April 18, 2012
In porcess April 13, 2012
Medical done May 02,2012
No update from Ottawa CPP-OP, expect they change the line of "document recived by buffalo... to recived by Ottawa" and no date on recieving
They change "In Process" from April 13, 2012 to April 18, 2012. I have print of both cases.
"Medical Results has been recieved" showed up in two weeks then disapreaed since May 2012.
Ottawa Health section sent me medical furthance on June 2012, and I sent what they want in Septmber 04.
No update from both Ottawa health section and Ottawa CPP-OP.

I donot know what is my current statues

Same thing happened to me few months back.i couldn't login.So I emailed technical team and they resolved the issue.You might want to try emailing the technical team for accurate e case.Online case status is not updated regularly bcuz mine is still in process.

I got an answer from MP office on my application:

On July 7th your file was transferred to Ottawa. They have not begun working on it yet I'm afraid and we are advised it may take another 12 months.

I applied in May 2011 to Buffalo-Ottawa on FSW2, no medical request so far. So the expected PR for me is October 2013 according to them.

Is anyone got PPR who applied in July or August 2010 under the Ministerial Instructions 2 (MI2) released on June 26, 2010?

I did not submit the consent form IMM 5476(Consent) as I am currently in Canada and have applied from there only. I have mentioned a valid Canadian address as well on the form.

Also, What documents can be provided as a proof that I am residing in Canada. Electricity Bill / Gas Bill / Telephone Bill / etc etc etc

Just send whatever they want... I have submitted documents 4 different times.... they are just playing with our files and waiting for an opportunity/justification to close down on our cases... just send them

Just to share, I have emailed Ottawa on last Sunday and they reply on today ,Tuesday. I asked to update my mailing address, and if I missed any mail during last two week after my move to new address.
They said "we update your address. please allow for two weeks to see change on eCase." Also they said "you have not missed any mail."

Everybody, just contact your MPs and let them know that you are displeased with the situation... also send inquiry emails to Ottawa pilot... I have seen people who did a good follow up on their cases got their answer faster... it is almost like that they have left our cases to age and they only do their job whenever you ask them or just overwhelm them with inquiries...

I know... these guys are treating us like crap... try to contact your MP... just try to make evidence in the case that you might wanna use them in a court... I think we can already go to some international authority (it is already against our human rights... not to mention that each of our governments can somehow downgrade their relationship with Canada based on deception and mistreatment of their nationals)
