Buffalo to Ottawa Transferred Cases(FSW) - Pls join here

1- well if you ask me there is no honour in their name... more of a shame
2- I think if we act separately, we would have more impact... look at the class action lawsuit... they lost because the government wanted to deal with them in one single case... we should contact the Ottawa office and more importantly contact the MP's offices until they do their job

so, my offer is to send email, mail, fax and phone call as much as you can... at least you have made some evidence in the case you need to use them in future in the a curt to appeal their decision (like if they tell you: "you didn't send some document" you can say that: "based on this email and that email, I had asked Ottawa if my file is complete... so you can go S^ck some D!ck... so on and so forth...)

see people... it is working... we should hit them where it hurts (which is just to revile the backwardness and fascistic views of conservatives).... this dude is probably a new Christian.... they worship Stephan Harper!!! they have a pic of Harper on their walls right besides the cross!!! I'm not kidding you!!! and this far right government is taking them back to the medieval times...

If no one stops the conservative party, they will end Canada as we know it... so far:
1- Canada was kicked out of security consul
2- had at least 3 major riots (G20, Vancouver and Montreal)
3- had worst economic forecast without any hope for growth in future (because of the lack of development activity from the government)
4- had worst foreign policy ever!!! (participated in an illegal war against Libya, cut tie with Iran and so on...)
5- had the most draconian laws

to be honest with you guys... I just wanna stop in here (because there is a good chance that they may pass a law to criminalize criticism of government)

I need sum help.
I have an FSW application in process since july 2011, csq was issues in april 2011.
Now as per some of the gcms notes, this application is gng no where till end of 2013.

I have decided that i will apply under CEC.

I wanted to know the following.

1. Can i apply directly to fedral under CEC or i need to go thorugh quebec again.
2.can i apply in CEC even if i have an applicatiom process in FSW.
3. I have masters from
Concordia, and specialization from
Mcgill and work exp in cana for 2.5 yrs.
4. Status now is temp foreign worker - approved under high skilled category LMO.

I know that my FSW is not gng anywhere, since alot more
Ppl r pending before me. If the MP guides u that it may take another year, i just wanah apply under CEC but fedral not through provincial.

Please guide

You couldn't have put it any better. Canada doesn't even need people like him, but I am deeply sure he will never withdraw his application because he's so scared of going back to his country, and that's if he has one.

He's using 2 MPs (in the same government he's bashing), e-mail, and fax all in a bid to get processed, and yet he hates the country. Is it not now obvious the kind of person he is?

You are right... If I knew it was going to be like this, I wouldn't come to Canada.... and if it keeps going down the hole, I will definitely try to go to another country... I have already started my research.... hopefully this time I wont get duped by the propaganda

I also got an e mail from Ottawa re requesting documents I sent to buffalo in April and was confirmed delivery by FedEx and later on confirmed by CiC
Before almost 4 weeks i ordered caips which I still waiting for ,however today i got email asking for these documents but I noticed they added caips to my buffalo file number it was b xxxxxxxxxxx now it showed on the letter file number b xxxxxxxxxxx CAIPS
Any one has any thoughts , or an explaination ?? By the way medicals still not showing on e case despite were sent late feb 2012
Any advise what shall I do ? Of course I will re send what they asked for ? But any Ideas why now caips in front of the file number ? And should I include prior FedEx confirmation etc or better not to mention so
