Hello,

I have seen both. Some receive PPR first and then their ECAS changes to DM and some vice versa.
I my case for example, my ECAS changed to DM last Monday but I have not received PPR yet.

I wonder why I have not received PPR yet.
So far from what I have observed in this forum, typically 2-3 days after DM, one should receive PPR.
Any suggestions fellows?

Experts,

I need some advice regarding sending Passports from USA to Ottawa...

I am trying to buy and print label from Canadapost...what should I fill in the "From" address?? (should it be the CIC address mentioned in PPR e-mail?)

Also, what should I fill in the "Unit Value" for passports in the Custom Declaration form? and do I need to mention in the Customs form about COPR or mentioning about passports is good enough?

Yeah, I think it's really strange and to think they still haven't found my RPRF payment after 3.5 months! (paid 24th February)

I don't understand what's going on.

After you emailed the receipt, did you get a confirmation report acknowledging its receipt by the CIC?

Yes I did. Each time I receive a response stating that they will update my information shortly.

That's great but what a difference in timeline. My ecas was updated as 'Medical results have been received' just a couple of weeks after my medicals were done.
