Did you ever try to share a case agent (number), to find out if one is faster then other? ;D
What is the reason that cases are not completed in a numeric order?

Forum members have shared case agent number whenever they refer to the same.
Randomness avoids easy prediction and identification just like SSI or SSN.

Thanks Shinbukan. In fact I checked my eCas few minutes before I saw the PPR, it was still showing In Process. May be it will change on Monday. I am so happy...yours is on the way.
