You file with immigration officer under review , you will be notifing in writing of additional information required shortly

How many times are you going to ask the same question here? Nobody can answer it, only a guess at best..... I told you before and will tell you again, within 28 months. That is the processing times listed at NY office. Again, clock starts ticking when the file was transferred there!

actually processing times are shown for the office where the file was transferred to, not the application date. If the file was transferred to NY office post June, than 28 months processing times apply. This is good news for you, 28 instead of 35. I would celebrate if I were you.

Can someone confirm if processing has started for 2012 fsw2 cases submitted to buffalo? i submitted application in april 2012 and no communication from CIC other than PER.

Hi i think you need to wait a little more time since they are still finalizing 2011 applicants or early 2012 (january) i just based this from the forum.. and nobody can confirm it real time from CIC

I am 2009 applicant.I have done my medicals and after medical my file was transferred from CPPO to New York and now New York sent me an interview Call.

The location is New York office but I don't have Visa for USA or either CANADA. I am currently working in Saudi Arabia.

What should I do now????????? Urgent Please

The location is New York office but I don't have Visa for USA or either CANADA. I am currently working in Saudi Arabia.

What date your interview is scheduled? Please send them politely written email with your current status and situation. I hope they will understand and if not, then ask them for the extension of your interview date so that you can get visa for US and appear for the interview. Its the last step, please dont quit at this point. You are lucky to get an interview, some people get rejected without even getting a chance to explain their situation. I am pretty sure that after convincing them, your case will be finalise within 1-2 months!! So, please dont miss this opportunity. Thanks.

Hello,

Just apply for a US visa with the interview letter and you should be fine. The good thing about US embassy is that they tell you on that same day if they will give you a visa. So, instead of communicating with New York back and forth, just focus on getting a US visa and you should be fine
