I had exact same reply from Buffalo before. And I shared it here couple of times.

it's better that we just send enquiries to buffalo directly using email

That may be but half the time they dont reply!! I sent a few to them to try and update address and to find information never got a answer until now..

By the way.. I am in my 12th month and still no Medical request has anyone else waited this long or longer??????

I dont know if the NOC code plays a role in faster processing, because there are people who have beed granted PPR in a short time..
Just my thoughts...

What is that and how do I do this?????????

Go here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/completed.asp

Fill out only IMM5563, check Privacy Act, not Access to Information Act. You can inquire about your own case for free only if you're in Canada under Privacy Act. Select 'email' as method of receiving GCMS.

Send it to ATIP-AIPRP @ cic.gc.ca or fax to 613-957-6517

You will get GCMS in about 25 days.

Hello Tanyar,.. This is a copy paste from TRUENGON.. he did it twice... You should have done this earlier... It will tell you what is going on since they recieved your file... Even if you emailed to their enquiry at buffalo, i heard it will mention in that... So hopefully, u should know what is going on with your file in a few weeks..

GOOD LUCK TANYAR

IS IT FREE? ARE WE GOPING TO ASK FOR CAIPS OR GCMS
