Buffalo Processing Time line 2010/2011

Hi,

I have done medical and the doctor send my report to Ottawa without Section A which comes as medical request form with photo attached. Shouldn't this section A form send with medical report?
Doctor said he doesn't need that. Is that correct?

I meant where in Canada? I`m from Alberta and had my medical in Edmonton.
My doctor took that section(The section A with photo attached on it). That is the one they asked me when I came for medical. It has some of the information about you and the contact person here in Canada. So howcome he said he does not need it? Hmmmm...Weird.

So, did you just not give the doctor Medical Form Section A? Is that how you realised that form was not sent? Did you ask the receptionist regarding this?

Here it is:

We went to the Doctor office, receptionist gave me some forms for me and my wife. I filled those out and gave to receptionist including section A (as she asked for that). Then Doctor caleed us me then my wife and ask some questions and did some simple test. Then he returned our section A form and send us to hospital to do x-ray, blood and urine test. That is the story. I called Doctor office on Tuesday regarding report status, they said they did send the report on Sept. 8th ( I did my medical on Sept. 1st)

I will called doctor office on Monday (closed on Friday) to find out. Is there any way to find out medical report status by calling Ottawa?

Thanks you. I am under AINP and semi skilled. The AINP office required me to send my application in Manila but I requested for Buffalo. They said I should apply in my home country. I am happy though because Buffalo has so much application to be processed.

I agree, when I had my medical I gave my form A and she took it. Hopefully, they can send it as soon as possible.

    I opened the link just now and it's working fine for me. I'm pasting from Buffalo website:
    
    • If paying in US funds, make your payment instrument payable to the Consulate General of Canada (or, if applying in Washington, to the Embassy of Canada). Payment in US funds by bank draft or certified cheque must be drawn on a bank located in the United States.
      
    • If paying in Canadian funds, make your payment instrument payable to the Receiver General for Canada. Payment in Canadian funds by bank draft or certified cheque must be drawn on a bank located in Canada.
      
    • Print your name on the back of the bank draft.
    
    Also, go through the application guide for Buffalo. There is a section for how to pay fees and all.
