Buffalo>Medicals to Passport Request

Can anyone share their experience how long it takes to receive the passport request once medicals have been sent to Buffalo?

Do they update the ecas status to medicals received/approved or decision made etc?

I heard that it depends on the number of background checks one is having-I have close to 2 countries of background checks,please share based on your info how much time it might time it may take to receive ppr.

I Have done my Medical Middle of February 2010, and still no passport request (4 Months). Point of origin Los Angeles California.

Nobody really knows it is a black box with Buffalo.

I finished my medicals in the third week of March.
I sent a case specific enquiry on June 3rd and got the reply that my file is in process and no time frame can be committed as to when the process will be complete.
On trackitt.com, however,I see that a lot of PPRs are coming for those who had their AORs in March 09 and April 09 - medicals typically between Jan and Feb 2010.
This could be a trend and we may monitor that trend for a possible indication of timeline.

I guess every case is different. I did my medical April 29, got ppr Jun 3, my online status just changed yesterday to include extra line that says medical have been received.
