hi guys, i have been reading this forum for a long time, this is my first post. I am Dec 10/2010 applicant and havent heard anything from cic since feb 24/2012!!!!! i have contacted my MP last month, and she told me everything is passed and the only hold up is the BC!!!! wish me luck plzz!!!

also she said, BC is done by a third party and they dont know how long it will take to get the result! and my medicals has been extended! i hope i hear something soon!

I did not go to the border for landing. As I already am in Canada I scheduled an appointment at a local CIC office.

I also applied in Dec. 2010 and my application went in process in Feb 2012. Similar to your timeline. Still waiting for more news.

What is BC?Could figure out you mean't by BC.

Question: Did everybody's ecas status change to "in process" from "application received" when you were asked for personal history recently?

Also, could anybody please tell me after you emailed Ottawa office at ottpilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca as they asked for the personal history, did they give you any sort of confirmation? It's been 7 days since I emailed them back for that but they haven't let me know whether it has been received by them or not. Not even an auto reply. I'm concerned somehow that email didn't reach them.

You should have received an auto reply. Please check your spam folder to ensure that the auto reply didn't go there. If haven't received the auto reply, most likely your email never reached them. I will suggest you to resend. Good luck.
