Guys If I were asked for updated personal history, Can I just use the IMM5669 and just fill up the Personal History portion only? Please Help Thanks

Just make a table in MS Words with the information. That's more than enough (unless you are asked clearly to fill out a specific form).

No worries my friend.........some ppl got the PPR the next day once they submitted the docs......
Will not take more than few days in ur case. Just relax!!!!

:) ;) :D ;D guess what!!!

read my footnote thinking it is 27th FEB 2013

Today is a wonderful day!

Received PPR on 27th Feb 2013 from CPP-Ottawa.

It was a looooong wait though....

Good luck to all. I feel communication with CIC is important; delays in communication or pointers will delay the processing or make them not take a notice of your application.

We started processing your application on February 27, 2013.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. "

No, they ask for second medical from whoever they want to delay their process. I am in Canada and yet they asked me to redo the medical.

We did our medical Oct.2011. I don't know if only those who did their medical outside of Canada are requested to redo medicals. Like "nega" posted above that he was requested to redo his medical since he is in Canada.
I don't know also if what is the basis of CIC about requesting additional documents. We can see some are requested to redo medical some are not but those people almost did their medical at the same time. Some people are requested to submit updated/latest police clearance, personal history and some other stuff check their timeline like i said they almost have the same timeline. We can even see people who applied in 2010 but didn't get any email or never contacted by CIC.
All that we can do is WAIT, WAIT and WAIT until this thing is over.
