I'm scared that the mail get lost or something. At least the envelope has the name of the officer who is checking my case. So, I suppose It would get to his hands.

U can call canada post. I guess there is an option to update the address.

I called Canada Post and they told me by law they cannot change or add anything to the address.

I know they are gonna receive the mail but I don't know how long they are gonna take to figure out which floor and section it should go. I just know I have the name or number of the officer who is in charge of my case and inside the envelope is the rest of the information.

I never received any acknowledgement from their side either. Is this normal. All I did was send two pdf files, one for the application and the other my WP and wrote in the email to find the application as attachment. Did I do something wrong?

Hello Navguy

I asked for GCMS notes twice. I always get an email saying that they received my inquiry. They take around a month to answer you back even less than that.

have you not sent prepaid envelope with the package. you can monitor the tracking number if you have done so.

look at the email that seulkiro shared. Do you think he needs to send his police certificate? It's very similar to the email that I and others have received it.

the email that he posted is the first email not the second one. He said they specifically asked for police certificate in his second email.

and we all received is the similar first kind of email...so we do not have to unless they ask specifically..

we can ask seulkiro to post his second email....

i just sent out my request for FBI certification, did someone apply lately, i want to know how long it takes these days to get the FBI certificates back. it looks like we are at the end of the tunnel, and the only thing standing between me and the ppr is this FBI certification.
