Unfortunately, yes. And my MP told me to let CIC know my intention that my wife's x-ray will be done after the baby is born. So I did that by emailing them.

That is a shame. Looks like I'm in the same boat. I will have to wait until August at the earliest. By then it would have been more than 28 months since applying for PR. :-(

I was recently told to send personal history and after two weeks time they sent this mail..

Congratulations! I just have one question, did you see an update in the e-cas before receiving you PPR. This monday 18 february, my e-cas became Decision Made, but I haven't received the PPR from Ottawa. Thanks/

Hi Syed. Are you familiar with what is next and how long it will take after ppr? If you do, please share with me.
(basically im confused, because it used to be sending the passport physically by express mail to VO in the US, now they only require copy to be sent to Ottawa)

Yea, it sucks. But I like to believe what my MP told me is true. If so, our case will be done by fall as soon as the x-ray's taken. Did your wife do her medicals except the x-ray? What did the physician say about it? Is he/she in charge of telling CIC that your wife's x-ray will be done after the baby is born? BTW, congrats regarding the baby.

look at the email that seulkiro shared. Do you think he needs to send his police certificate? It's very similar to the email that I and others have received it.

My medical is scheduled for Monday. I was originally waiting for them to respond to my enquiry but since its been 3 weeks and nothing, I've decided to go ahead and redo mine. She is going to talk to her obstetrician first. Then I guess she will do her medical without x-ray, depending on what the obstetrician / doctor says.

Thanks, we are very excited. We had put our lives on hold long enough and we though that it was safe after we did our original medical. Congratulations to you too

7th floor, section B

but today checking the tracking information I forgot to add the 7th floor, section B. what can I do?

I'm scared that the mail get lost or something. At least the envelope has the name of the officer who is checking my case. So, I suppose It would get to his hands.

seems like u actually missed "1" as well. cos the address should be 219 laurier. but am sure the section B would not be an issue if u did have the right 219 laurier..

Do you have a tracking number? Track the mail and hopefully it gets received!
