Hi guys I really need our help.

I applied for immigration long time ago (April 2011) . At the end of last month I got a letter for CPP-Ottawa to update some information. (police certificate, letter of employment and medical exams)

Yesterday I got the news that my girlfriend is pregnant (1 month). She is a Canadian citizen. The question is, Should I add the new unborn baby to my file or just when the baby born?

Thanks in advance

Hi All,

I'm an in Canada April 2011 PNP applicant and today I received a few emails from Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa asking for the following to be redone.
  • Medical as they are now expired and cannot be extended
  • Police Certificates
  • Updated details of my personal history since April 8 2011

I guess they won't be finalizing my application by the 28th February as indicated in their recent schedule. :'(

I have the same problem with the login Nima jan and I have not heard any news from CIC or any other person so far.

When did you do your medical?
Exactly when you sent them PC?
What was your e-case status before July 2012?

Unfortunately you don't have any options but to send them requested docs ASAP.

Basically, we have been delayed for so long that almost all the documents that we sent to CIC needs renewal.

I think we should be thankful to Facebook Group, Les oubliés de buffalo en action. After that Protest, we saw CIC doing something....

Thanks

That's true but I believe only those applicants were asked for the documents whose case never went to 'in process' before transfer to Ottawa. That's my understanding, I could be wrong too. When medical are done the next step is to check the medical tests, if passed case status changes to 'in process' and security checks are initiated - for that PC and background info is required. If applicants' medical were never verified and/or checks were never initiated, they will most probably be asked for remedial and/or PC to initiate security checks. Again that's my understanding, I could be wrong too.

I just had my 2nd medical done last week... I got same reply from ottawa - they said its expired and i have to redo... i am Jan 2011 applicant and had my 1st med july 2011 and now second feb 2013... Now lets see whats coming up soon
