Yes I hope they stick to this timeline...

Im facing trouble checking the status of my application through CIC.. Im getting an error message:

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:"

I used to be able to access it before but I dunno whats happening. Did any of you have this problem ??

Hi folks, I heard in ctv news that 1900 out of the 10000 transferred pr applications have already been finalized. Here is the problem, we have been delayed for so long that our police certificates and medical exams are expired and we may need to get new ones.

we have to prepare updated documents so that we are not being further delayed. I could not redo the medical exam without a letter from the government because clinics are ordered not to do so. Is there anybody here that was asked to provide cic with an updated Canadian police certificate?

Yes I am doing that but without the hyphen. It has been working with me for the past year and a half !! It so weird that I cant access it anymore. I hope its nothing serious

About 1950 out of the 10000 transferred applications have already been finalized. Most of the rest of transferred applications will be processed by the end of summer. It means that Ottawa must issue roughly 34 PPRs a day. Do we get that much PPRs a day? No. I don't think so but I think Ottawa has just started giving a priority to the forgotten of Buffalo.

Since July of last year my application and probably many more have just been collecting dust in Ottawa and if anything moves forward it has to have initiated from now.

Let's face the reality folks. CIC just cannot afford to hire enough employees to process our applications within a reasonable time. It is a matter of luck to have our applications picked up and finalized.

So that means that have issued 150 more PPRs within the course of few days.
All the articles that were posted on facebook page after the protest
showed a figure of 1800.

But still this is not good enuf........we need more PPRs per day to achieve the objective.
