BUFFALO APPLICANTS - File transferred to other VO due to Buffalo closing down

Hi all,
I need to know if someone could help or have same issue as me.
I got provincial nominee certificate and I applied for PR in November 2011.
Till June I didn't get a file number especially that I knew that Buffalo office is closed.
I send many e-mails to Ottawa in June never get any answer back.
My lawyer applied for ATIP application and the result of it didn't show any records regarding my PR application.
I have prove that my application was delivered by the Courier and I have prove from the bank that the fees was processed in October 2011.
Now there is no way to communicate with Ottawa office or get hold of someone that could help, even MY MP told me that he can't do nothing the lawyer can't do.

I need to know what you could be done in this situation, if there any other has the same problem.
Is there any way to get my complain higher.

1- how did you paid the fees
2- was the money order cashed or not ( check with your bank)
3- check again with the post services, with the name of person received the package
4- try with cic call centre, and explain your problem
5- i do not know but maybe if you got the email of buffalo ( i know it was closed ) maybe you can try to send email also
6- finally you can try to send complaint to cic ( see with your lawyer)

yes it is a big problem, cause they did not open the file just after 4-5 months

check the dates..
there is a possibilyt that they have not created your file yet. Buffalo takes 34 weeks to create a file. Not sure about Ottawa.

this thing happened to my file. people say that email might be in your spam folder...do not delete spam emails with out checking.

I got my file number after 34 weeks of struggle ( sending them multiple mails) and got medicals yesterday after getting my GCMS notes and sent them the proof that I have not received any medical forms...

try fax with all your details..

I got medical forms.........i am right now just waiting for my work permit extension... if that is done..I will be in safe zone...

its been more than 8 months..and you are PNP applicant. I see people in 2012 applicants got passport request.
I guess you might have sent an email...now
send them a fax with all the details to Ottawa and wait for few days and even if you do not get any reply send them a registered post with all the proofs you have.....

try to call cic call centre and after ask for 2nd gcms
if not send email to minister kenney office

My ecas now shows two addresses, current home address and current mailing address.

It was showing only one address (mailing address) until yesterday.

Does anyone see similar change in ecas, like two addresses or address disappearance?

Other than that no change. Still application received.

Oh, my work permit expired yesterday.

They are processing July 15 applicants according to processing times updated a week ago.

I applied new work permit on July 26. Hopefully get new work permit soon or PPR.

I think its a small gesture to say that we are working. nothing more.

for my case only one address was there.

My PNP was filed in DEC2011 and Federal(buffalo) was filed in Feb.
So i would be Dec2011 applicant or Feb2012 applicant?

Strange part is my federal application was submitted in buffalo in Feb which is weird
