Today I recieved email from Ottawa asking same information which I sent them 2 times before. They asked me on 27 July and I sent them same day via email . then they sent me email on 16 August that we didnt receive requested information, again I sent them by email and by courier which was delivered very next day

Today again they email me that we requested u address of ur brother in law on 26 july amnd 16 august .since u didnt send us informatioon so we couldnot process your application ---they asked me to send asap

I dont know whts the problem with these guys-----is anyone has same experience----anyojne has Ottawa Phone number where i can directly talk to these guys

Have you replied on the same e-mail thread and got an acknowledgement (auto e-mail) before? Attach your responded e-mail and send them again. Also may call CIC so they can help you sort out the numbness of Ottawa.

Also its good to be diplomatic, remind them you already have sent it and ask them if they need anything else. Until you get hold of Ottawa give it a try with CIC. Good luck.

Also I have a hunch you may need some sort of document as a verification in addition to the information. I am not sure, you can include this in your inquiry if you like.

You are May 16 transfer case, I guess they are working on your file. When you have GCMS you will know in details. Stay tuned.

Yes, my file was transferred in 16 May, I have sent a request to get GCMS notes, I think I will receive it by the end of the month, I hope to get the PPR before it!

I would suggest to send a copy of a utility bill or something showing your brother's address.

I don't think so, 2011 applicants processing time are completely messed up. You will find numerous single applicants waiting more than 15 months in this thread.
