BUFFALO APPLICANTS - File transferred to other VO due to Buffalo closing down

Well I don't want to make a rule out of it. It might be the same as mine, and you might have to go and redo your meds.
In my email, It wan only mentioned that meds done in 2012 might get extended, and otherwise, you should redo it. but you should wait for them to tell you and send you the new forms.
However, it might be that they ask for extension for you and yours become unnecessary to be be done once more.

From my experience after a long wait and done what ever needed, I suggest keep an eye on your mailbox. The magic mail might be next

My case is exactly as yours. My medicals which shown received before has disappeared after one week of inability to log on to ecas. Med expired nov last year and am not sure if it has been extended as i have not received any email to extend my medicals. What do u guys think?

Anyone here didn't receive an email if their file was transferred to CPP O? I didn't get an email but i emailed Buffalo and they replied that my file was transferred to CPP-O, emailed CPP-O and confirmed that my file was transferred but it was just a generic email. i never requested a GCMS, Just curious if there is someone here with the same situation. June 2011 AOR med done Oct.2011.

There are plenty here. You don't need to be worried.
The Buffalo closure seems to be sudden, and most people, like me and you, never had the chance to know about it.
Most of them have been transfered in June and July, and they have promised to have a first reply for people of your (and my) case just before Feb 28, 2013.

Its true that I didn't here the very pleasing news, but at least you know your file is stil alive, waiting for further process.
Strangely, Ott-Pilot is not reveiewing them very fast; nor they waive any of the Must have requirements like the medicals or police certificate.

Just stay tuned, and there might be something in your mailbox pretty soon.

Hi All,

Finally got the ECAS working now when i checked this morning but with the same status as before.

Doesn't even talk about the new RCMP Clearance request which i got through my lawyer. They really need man power to update these.

PNP. Application filed July 2011 at buffallo. File transfered to ottawa july 7th, 2012. Med was done first week of Nov. 2011. Ecas now shows: we received ur application for PR *****. The medical received has been removed. Apparently cos it is expired. But i have not received any email to re-do or to send down any document. I dont seem to understand what is going on there anymore with my file.

Yes. They did ask for a re-do and we have already done.
The only good thing is that there is someone on the line, answering my emails and querries.

We should always remain +. Though i know there isnt too much fun in that.
