I sent a Xpress post envelop- Canada Post- with my passports to Buffalo. Tracked it, it was posted back from Fort Erie on Friday and still with post office. Hope to receive it on Tuesday or least by Wednesday. Will update as soon as, I have some thing. This couple of days wait is killing why we have civic holiday on 01/08.

new month ...

new hopes ?

sent an email to VO ... my guess if the response is something like:

Your application is pending final review ...

or

The file is still in que and will come up for a final review ...

then that is good news (i'm past security checks and could be receiving PPR anytime soon) ... but if it's same as last time:

We have requested background information from other government offices(s) ...

then my app is still stuck at security checks ... will let you guys know either way

Hi all,,,

I have submitted my full documents to the buffalo visa office on April 5th And right now my e cas status shows in process with same RBVO details. It's been more than 64 weeks since my file is in bufflo VO... and I am very confuse about sending case specific inquiry to them..

So, please input your suggestion in this situation....

Congradulations zulkfal!. Have a great life in Canada!

Hi all,

I am very confused about what i should do , and any help would be greatly appreciated. I applied under FSW3 in March 2010, and got my AOR from buffalo in November, 2010. I haven’t received my medical request yet. Now i am also eligible for CEC and by looking at the forum those applications seem to be much faster than FSW. I believe they receive the medical requests along with the AOR. Should apply for CEC at the same time?

Many Thanks!

this is what I asked:

I'm a Federal Skilled Worker Principal Applicant with File Number: Bxxxxxxxxx

Could you kindly let me know about the current status of my application?
I shall be very grateful.

Hi Seniors,

I have an important question to be answered. I thought this thread is a place where I may get more responses to my question as there are a lot of buffalo applicants and you are already seniors.

I just sent in my application to CIO on July25th 2011 with Buffalo as VO. USA is our current country of residence and we are eligible to choose Buffalo VO as we have been residing here legally for a period of more than one year. We might soon end up with a situation where we have to go back to our home country for a change of visa status and stay there for a period of 1 to 2 months. Will this effect our application in terms of eligibility to proceed with our application processing with buffalo VO. If not, is there a way to change my VO to my home country? Has anybody done that before? Did anyone have a similar situation? Please give your suggestions and comments.

Thanks in advance for any reply.
