Buffalo - 2nd AOR between 15th April to 15th May

I hope July is our month... I got 2 AOR May 2010 and it is already 13 months now.... I have not heard anything... I contacted my MP and he wrote to Buffalo... but they told him what I already know, because my application says in process, but same RVBO details, and buffalo told him the same thing. They added that I should check back in the fall....

FSW3 want to change jobs

Hello all

I have applied under FSW3 NOC 6641 and I am getting fedup of working at this place... I am in Edmonton and I want to look for a job in Calgary or Toronto.... but my application for FSW3 I have mentioned Edmonton as my home town... If i cannot move to another city... I dont mind looking for another job in Edmonton... but will that effect my application NOC ? Do I have to reapply or send them a letter to Buffalo (unless its the same code I dont see a problem)... Please if anybody has any knowledge of this please help... I really feel depressed working here...!!!

RNH Ottawa misplaced my daughter's medicals, new one received on 22/06/2011. Now wait start for PPR as this was the only obstacle mentioned by Buffalo in a recent communication

i guess a week after med. received by VO would be okay ...

my meds were delivered to ottawa Jun 13 ... i assume they'll be uploaded and available to buffalo in two weeks (by Jun 27) ... and then I'll wait one week and contact buffalo (Jul 4)

well as u can see in many threads from yesterday, new Ministerial Instructions (for 2011-2012) are announced and they are taking in only 10,000 new fsw apps this year ... i assume that is to clear up the backlog of apps from pre-feb-2008 and pre-june-2010 ... I also assume post-june-2010 (pre-june-2011) apps might not have developed a backlog

secondly last year's delays (from Nov 2010 to April 2011) were not just cz of the quota ... updating their systems to GCMS might have played a big role in the delays ...

i hope things won't be as bad this year

Does your online status mention if Ottawa received your medical? Have you paid RPRF?

My medical reports reached Ottawa on 27th June, when should I expect to see that info (medical received) in online status? My RPRF was reached to Buffalo on 8th June.
I am waiting for FBI PCC, so that I can to submit (again) and then perhaps I may see some action (in August)? But I am wondering, if VO will request for PP / Visa in or after August, won't current quota be over by then and forced to wait till next year ?

I had done my medicals in advance, and it`s been more than 2 weeks since it reached Ottawa....
soooo let`s see how this goes..
