Thanks Simp ... my medical form, called "Medical Report: Section A, Client Identification and Summary", has the exact B file number that I was given by Buffalo VO
Congrats torontian2010 ...
Medical instructions mention '2 passport size photos' (i.e., 50mm by 70mm, this is Canadian passport size not US) ... and a lot of people saying it has to be immigration sized (i.e., 35mm by 45mm, as mentioned in region-specific pdf in Appendix B, Photo Specifications)
I just called one of the DMP and first she said, '2 small passport sized', then i told her pp sized are much larger than the immigration sized, then she paused for a second and said, '2 small sized' ... and now i'm confused lolz ...
what i'm gonna do is take both pp sized and imm. sized w/ me to the DMP and let them select the size ... unless anyone has a better info on this topic?
BTW, this chicago DMP is asking $440 ... i'm gonna ask one more DMP and then decide

I just gave normal PP size to my DMP and she was happy with that. This picture has same size to the one I sent to Buffalo with my docs. Now am seeing lots of similes on this thread.

Should I write to Buffalo?
I need your advice... so I first applied under FSW3 in Oct 2009... in Dec 2009 they told me I had 120 days to send it to Buffalo... I sent everything April 2010... May 11, 2010 I received 2 AOR... since then nothing has happened... recently maybe end of Feb 2011... status changed to In process but no details inside.... I ordered CAIPS and they said BFD was May 11, 2011... but I haven't heard anything since...
Do you think its a good idea for me to write to Buffalo and ask them what the status of my application is...???
