i sent a case specific enquiry and got the usual reply:

"Your file is in a queue awaiting initial assessment. This could take up to 64 weeks from the date we received the application.

Still received by visa office too, I got my second AOR on 05May2010. No news at all. I am so annoying too. Almost drive me crazy.
