as i mentioned in my Jan 21 post, I received a letter dated Jan 17 that mentioned:

- interview waiver
- medical requests "to follow"
- RPRF fee payment request
- FBI record request (despite that I included it in original app)
- Latest proof of funds (despite that I included it in original app) - this they can ask n no. of time

Do you remember what was the date of issue of FBI report, when did you submit it (docs) to VO?

Hi friends

I was checking other countries VO timeline for example, India and UAE, they are faster than Buffalo. Applicants from December 2009 got their Medical in January 2011 in those offices. After In Process- ecas status, they get their medical within month maximum.

One of my friend who is in Buffalo VO, Started his application in January 2009 and got his medical in August 2010. Mine 2nd AOR is in November 2010-Buffalo.

Do you remember what was the date of issue of FBI report, when did you submit it (docs) to VO?
Not sure, if report is prior to Jan 2010 or was submitted prior to Jana 2010; then may be because it's more than one year old, it has been requested again. - Wild Guess.

My previous FBI report is dated Jan 05, 2010, so maybe your guess is right cz it's more than a year now ...

However my state police report is dated Dec 2009 which is also more than a year ... I hope they don't request that again ... I'm already frustrated with repeated requests

don't worry.... You were not suppose to send state PCC even earlier,
as per guide lines, only FBI PCC is needed to submit and if VO has any concerns then only they ask to submit state PCC.
