If you are working on temp work visa and don't have any visa issue... then be relax..
there are almost 10+ people who are waiting for action.... Buffalo is busiest office with much work load...
If you have any doubts, go for CAIPS....
(I got my CAIPS in Dec first week, and I may order again if I do not get response by first week of April).
Including druid2010's last post, I think, three people have reported progress in their cases in last 10 days... which is a good sign...loveson said:Thank you for your reply, Yes. there are others who are waiting for action (medical request), I am not sure but I guess, you are FSW2.kool_Dude1980 said:Hello,
Am a bit worried.. HAvent heard anything from the NY office since july.
Here are my timelines
2nd AOR from Buffalo - 4/28
File transfer to NY - 7/20
waiting for medical request since then.. my visa to work in the US expired in 2010 and had to move back to my home country.. could that be a reason for the delay ???? are there folks with similar timelines and waiting for the medical requests ???
