Congrats Torotox2 . It seems FSW3 got some moving last week, and FSW2 is moving this week. What happen to FSW1 now . I'm running out of patience and not frustrated anymore. And that no news is good news fully applied here for me.

I really feel the trend of the visa office now works on the category basis,i'v been noticing this trend,so
may be next week could be for fsw1..

im still confused about " in process " status
does it mean they found it eligible for processing and opened the file,,or does it mean they are done with all the checks and now
the paper work begins...??

It's better than "Visa Eligibly complete" and means that your application is in the right direction . I guess they finished the check and start process paper works. Waiting for your Med Req post soon in the next few weeks .

my file was transferred on 10 feb 2010 to buffalo ,and my 2nd aor came on 28 april 2010 from buffalo.
still my fiel is in buffalo and ecas ststus "recieved " but no update from VO. i dnt knwo whats gng on .when will they update regarding my file .

could any body answer this as per there experience......

it's regular mail, druid2010. And they request for a new FBI also, I don't know how I get all those documents in 60 days. They gotta be kidding me!!!
