Hi all,

I got my medical request yesterday - 11th August...exactly 90 days after my file was transferred to NY from Buffalo. I recall my letter stated that the visa office will not be able to provide with any status updates during this time. The medical documents were dated 5th Aug 2010.

Wish the info helps someone.

i'm in the same situation. Last time i sent an inquiry in july they gave me the standard may take upto 64 weeks reply... nothin we can do my friend except wait.....

you are absolutely right guys,same case here,ado with longer procedure ,almost 4 months gone no response.I'm really dying with delay.I think they take long for aeo background check.

Intial Appl sent to NS - 04/11/2009 (NOC - 0111)
First AOR - 9 Jan 2010
Full docs to ND CHC - 17 March 2010
Second AOR - Don't know ( Lost in transit, assuming 12 days post submission, probably to 28th - 29th March) Got second file number through enquiry mail from ND CHC.
Medicals - 5 July ( on letter stamp dated 30th june ), no Verification/ interview
Medicals & Doc recd by CHC - 13th Medicals & 16th passport, RPRF
RPRF enchased - 23th July
Visa issued - stamp date 3rd Aug, recd on 8th Aug.

I know m not really surcasticlly pointing out at anyone...but really this takes us really feel slow...
I wish i was even half way through of this person's timeline consdering i even applied before him....
