My ECAS status FINALLY updated! Can anyone tell me what to expect next?

next step would be medical request if everything is fine... hope for the best... i guess upto 3 to 5weeks time to receive medical request depending upon previous timelines

just checked my status online, its been updated..says in Process from July 27th.

I couldn't resist my self from sending another case specific enquiry yesterday,
n i got a reply today as this..

Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete.
e-Cas is for applications processing within Canada only.

Immigration cases being processed in Visa offices outside Canada use a system different from that used to process similar applications in Canada. As a result, the e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) does not reflect the status of cases being processed in Buffalo...


Anyways no change in status this week....
Really don't expect aything any soon now.....

Congrat, your timelines is similar to mine, I haven't got any updates for 2 weeks now. Med Request is the expected one now.

Application transferred to the Detroit office on July 26, 2010. (ECAS updated on August 3, 2010)

Hey smallduck...dnt worry...we both will be in Canada in coming October...in some cases it updates after ppl receive their med request in post..so may be in a week u directly get meds...
