No, I don’t have any host in CANADA who is inviting me. I had applied on the basis of my confirmed Trade Certification exam (Ontario College of Trades, a licensing authority) booking.

I have just got my GCMS notes; please see the VO's remarks in view of my two recent TRV refusals and provide me any suggestions accordingly...

I would be really grateful if u could suggest me some ways to outcome from my recent and previous refusals (2 recent and 3 previous).
1. Sept. 2013
Reasons- i. Travel history
II. Family ties in CANADA and in your country of residence
2. June.2015
Reasons- I. Current employment situation
ii. personal assets & financial status
iii. I’m not satisfied that u have sufficient fund
3. Dec.2015
Reasons: i. Travel history
ii. Purpose of visit
iii. Family ties in Canada and your country of residence
4. Applied online 21.04.2018 (Visitor Visa)
Refused on 26.05.2018
Reasons: i. Travel history
ii. Purpose of visit
Documents submitted: 1. Exam confirmation email (as I had to go to appear for my Journeypersons licensing exam that was scheduled on 26.06.2018, Ontario)
2. Trades persons license certificate from Ontario college of trades
3. Cousin's passport, T4, she is on work permit and living in BC
4. Last two years ITR
5. Last 3 months pay slips (I'm Junior Engineer in PSU since 2008)
6. EPF passbook
7. IELTS (GT & AC) & DELF A2
8. Declaration letter about previous 3 refusals (2014-1 & 2015 -2)
9. Last 6 months bank statement
VO remarks as per GCMS: To write exam and visit female cousin.Single; no children, mobile, demonstrates no international travel history. Have concerns with purpose given lack of travel history. Unclear what the intent is; applicant indicates advance his career. Note that the applicant does not have a PR application in process. Overall, PA has not demonstrated sufficient establishment or sufficient ties to motivate return. I am not satisfied on balance that PA is bona fide visitor to Canada who will depart at the end of authorized stay. Application refused.

iii. Other reason- failed to demonstrate you are well established in tour country of nationality

... no invitation letter from the person. No student application submitted in past. Single and mobile person. declares three siblings in India. Appears that applicant has never travelled in past. Canada is definitely the place he wants to go. Weak ties to country of nationality.
Text: submitting documentation from Ontario education, most probably this was done online. Showing clear interest towards Canada, never travelled to Cda not declaring will be visiting a relative or any sibling in Cda, no friends declared,
