Bryanna and all seniors please help! TRV refusal for mom

Mom applied for TRV, on paper last week of August. Got refusal letter today from Abu Dhabi because of below reason
1-host family dont have sufficient funds
2- you dont have sufficient funds to support the length of stay

After going through the forum, i already realized that i made one huge mistake of mentioning 6month of stay. i am expecting but my mom just mentioned that as she has not seen me from 4 years and i concieved after 5 yeats of my wedding and after fertility support so she would like to share the happy times with me and celebrate the birth.

I sent my bank statement (50,000 CAD) letter of financial support, pay stubs of both me and my spouse, notice of assessment 2015. Both of us r full time employees in Canada.my mom has 6000 CAD in her account too.

I am aware that length of the stay caused this trouble...but i am not sure how to improve and justify a revision.

I am thinking to buy med insurance..plus reduce the visit time to 4 weeks. My mom is staying with my brother currently in Pakistan and we recently got the news that my sis in law is expecting too...should i mention this news as a reason for revision in dates??

How long should i wait for reapply?? Can i apply online on behalf of my mom? Do i need to fill any additional form for that?

Dear All,

Regarding online TRV submission on behalf of my mother, When I try to create an account on CIC using my Sign in Partner (financial institution's sign in information), will I create an account using my Mother's information or my own? I mean the account will be in name of my mother or mine? Also do i need to fill IMM 5476 - Use of representative form? I want to be representative of my mother and submit the application online on her behalf. Kindly guide if you are sure of the answer.
