Bringing funds to Canada - International debit card?

Hi,
I have checked express entry website and other sources but I could not find anything that says I can "bring" funds using international cards. I have a bank account and an international debit card which enables me to do transactions worldwide. Would the statement of the funds in my bank account, in my currency (INR) be enough to show as funds I am bringing to Canada?

At landing, yes. You can tell them that it's risky to carry large amounts of cash. For eAPR, no.
