Is there any comparison b/w 2 people and about 5300 total applications submitt5ed under NOCs 4131 and 0213 ?

Please we need more maturity, this forum just represents a minor %age of FSW applications.

"not posting the right status of their applications" - So you, this 1 person, are right - and the 200+ applicants on the post June 26 thread (many of whom prove your ridiculous "CHC London Post June 26 applicants won't get processed until October 2011" claims are pure bullcap) are wrong? You dare to call them ALL liars? I have read thousands of posts on this forum and I can assure you I believe 99.9% of the news of the members of our thread with complete sincerity.

By contrast, I cannot believe a single word YOU say.

You dare to speak of maturity - yet you falsely scare 0213 and 4131 applicants without substantiating any of your claims, and think nothing of it? As if you have some kind of moral highground by doing so?

You even stoop as low as to threaten to expose people's personal immigration details on this public forum, for daring to disagree with you? Not that I believe for a millisecond you could access them, but surely even YOU can see how that is going too far? That if you could access them it would be illegal to do so?

Hi guys
Every one has the right to comment on the forum.(Right, wrong or misleading info doesnt matters). There is no problem in giving (False/true) hope to the frustrated applicants. May be Necter is some Canadian Lawyer with immigration experience. Lawyers and representatives always have some inside info.
At the moment lets consider two questions
Lets assume he is true then what options do we have ?
OR
Assume he is false and making news by himself then What harm is doing ?
The answer to both questions is "NOTHING"
Advice to all members.......
Dont make important decisions like resignation OR selling of property based on Nectar info. Even CIC prohibit you of making such decisions even after Provisional acceptance.

I applied July2007, for federal immigration skill worker,2009 I submit all documents upon request.my file is in London, still after 45 months did not receive request for medical!
Is they forget 2007 files,as u mention files will finish within 47-48 months,if so what happened to my file?
Can you help me to understand this long waiting? And is really they start to request for medical?
What about skill workers who have many applicants like nursing, if they finalize only 1000 file per year?

Dear all,

Due to larger visa application inventories, there is a temporary hold on processing of FSW applications submitted with NOC 4131- College and Other Vocational Instructors & 0213- Computer and Information Systems Managers.

Based on June 26, 2010 priority NOCs, CHC London will continue to expedite processings of FSW Fast Track (Pre June 26, 2010) and SAP FSW applications submitted during July-October 2007 until the publishing of new priority list which may come out in late 2nd quarter of 2011.

CHC London has already been started to sending out medical instructions since March 14, 2011.

There is a concurrent processings of Islamabad FSW applications at CHC London in the same work pattern.

I hope this information is of assistance to all of you.
