In the exceptionally unlikely event that Nectar works for CHC, then if threatened to post confidential information about applicants on a public forum, he not only would run the risk of losing his job, but also prosecuted by the police.

Anyway, sorry I don't wish to waste more of my time on this guy. I believe I have opened enough people's eyes to have made it worth my time so far, but it is now up to them what they want to believe.

I mentioned at some point on previous posts that please be happy and enjoy every moment of life but I don't know why 1 or 2 people are just so personal.

As the forum is famous therefore I can assure you that there are always legal officials looking into the forum discussions.

Some people are just giving me some identity which I didn't claim.

i can see both NOC moving , even today 2 people got Medical request for 0213, i think u r playing a game to speed up ur own case....like u said some officials are watching this forum , they might go against ur claim...i mean delaying processing for these 2 noc's .....lolz

I am one of SAP applicant at CHC London since July 2007. I got update request letter back in August 2009 and I had sent all the requested documents in December 2009. CHC London had requested 'Immigrant Summary & Supplementary Information Form' before medical request during October 2010 which was responded by me in a timely manner. Please also note that there is no verification attempts from CHC London so far.

I had sent a case specific enquiry at the end of November 2010 and I got the following reply from CHC London.

'Please be advised that we await the results of routine background enquiries. We will write to you as soon as we are in a position to do so.'
