After creating all anxiety and panic among the forum members, Mr. nectar is again disappeared. He will be back again with some more so-called "Breaking News" to cause more pain for the people with a brand new thread.

Cappuccino is right...this guy is not authentic. Just making fun of so many people and enjoying in front of his computer screen by seeing so many people screamed out....Aagarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Dear all,

Due to larger visa application inventories, there is a temporary hold on processing of FSW applications submitted with NOC 4131- College and Other Vocational Instructors & 0213- Computer and Information Systems Managers.

Based on June 26, 2010 priority NOCs, CHC London will continue to expedite processings of FSW Fast Track (Pre June 26, 2010) and SAP FSW applications submitted during July-October 2007 until the publishing of new priority list which may come out in late 2nd quarter of 2011.

CHC London has already been started to sending out medical instructions since March 14, 2011.

There is a concurrent processings of Islamabad FSW applications at CHC London in the same work pattern.

I hope this information is of assistance to all of you.

Nectar
Hi Nectar,
what about SAP FSW application of April 2007 originally applied in CHC Islamabad now transferred to London....

I am not agreed with Nectar.
Info he is providing is not authentic because the source is unknown.
It is clearly written in the OP6 Manual that applications are processed in the order in which they are received. Delays are possible in case of missing info or other issues.
Delaying some specific NOC becaue of more number of applicants or saturation in Canadian Job Market is not mentioned anywhere.
Canadian Government clearly states that they are not responsible for providing jobs to the immigrants so they may delay some visas due to quota issues but theoretically if there is quota of 6000 applicants and all are 4131 then they can not delay on the basis of NOC.
This is my personal understanding of the law and other members have the right to disagree.

Salman

Yes, written, but not practiced, as this has been proven otherwise, beyond doubts in many cases!!!!!!!

they set BFDs in every app and they take it on from that point onwards...open respective file on BFD....if they ve the required report...they proceed to next level and set another BFD.......thats how every visa officer operates keeping within their assigned workload...

I am wondering how the background checks work. For instance, I submited Criminal Record from the United States (No Record). Do CIC still have to go for further investigation? Do they contact FBI to verify info? If so, what is the purpose of requesting it if they will do the background anyway....

I will appreciate anyone's comments..

Hi Salman,
In some visa offices they do not follow any order. Most of them process according to the NOCs. I posted my application in June and my friend posted hers in august, but because she is a social work her application has been processed before mine. I am still on the queue because i am 4131.

So it depends on the visa office.
