What would be the value in assessing applications post-July-2011 first when the occupation list for post-June-2010 is exactly the same?lakhvinder.kaur said:As we all are taking it as a good news but I think, CIC really hasn't done very much. by lowering the cap to 10,000 is not as impressive as it seems, given that, according to its website, since last June 26th, fewer than 14,000 new files were received. In other words, the real increase for languishing applicants is less than 4,000 -- hardly enough to make a dent in the backlog and more importantly, the processing priority remains the same. Thus, those who apply from July 1st onward will be assessed first; then those who applied since last June 26th; then those who applied after 27 February 2007 and finally, those who applied before 27 February 2008. I doubt that the 4,000 spaces will get beyond those who applied since last June 26th.below the I prepared the projected data and it doesn't seem any good. Please have your say
