I got an update today (for me and my husband). Profile updated, review of eligibility has started. AOR Sept 21 applied for the BOWP/SOWP the same day

I applied for a BOWP on September 17 and I am still waiting (Context - WHV expired Sept 28, and PR application was EE Federal Skilled Worker Program). Just an FYI for those still waiting. Thanks everyone for sharing your updates, it really helps.

Checked today, they are working on applications received on August 11, 2019.
Likely still a month to get an approval.

As of today, still in process. Got PPR two weeks ago.

So I guess you dont worry about BOWP now Congrats.

In this group we see 2 people got BOWP approved who submitted on Sep 3 and 8 i guess. Hoping BOWP will be little faster than the normal Work permit extensions.

thanks but I may still be given BOWP because the processing already started and it is needed when validating my COPR.
I think processing time for BOWP suffers because it is not an entirely different application than restoration and changing conditions on WP.
