Mine got refused today due to PR refusal. My letter for reconsideration for my PR + evidence is on its way.

For those who applied for BOWP with Temporary Resident

what does it say on the temporary resident is that a separate thing aside from the work permit?
does it say valid for re-entry?

cos the 1st BOWP i got says not valid for re-entry but that time there was no Temporary Resident that goes along with the BOWP application.

Can somebody who already got the docs for this please confirm.

not valid for re-entry on BOWP is 'The document will not be modified i.e. whatever the data entered on that document is Final'

It is not entering multiple times in Canada. Single/Multiple entry will on on TRV VISA not on BOWP document

Not Mandatory. Its good if you attach the reference letter with your application

This "AND" was the reason behind refusal of my Bridging open work permit. And they are now trying to cover their mistake by changing their stance. They told my lawyer that I did not attached the correct AOR email that caused refusal of my BOWP application. While on the refusal letter it stated that i need positive eligibility Assessment "AND" AOR.

Just got an email update from CIC that my application has been APPROVED. Hopefully you get the news sooner than later. I applied for BOWP for my spouse and I on Sep 29th online.

Any Bowps???

Just received email notification that my & spouse's BOWP has been approved. We had applied online on 30-Sep-2015. This is our second BOWP. (Aug 2014 CEC - MR recd & done).

Hi ,
I am October 2014 CEC applicant and my Post-Graduate work permit is expiring soon. So, I am going to apply for BOWP but I have some doubts.

1. Which option should I choose : Work Permit with same employer or Temporary Resident Permit ?
2. The original purpose for coming into canada : Study or Work ? (I came to canada as student, but my current status is Worker)

I would really appreciate your help. Thanks
