BOWP refund

If I have my PR and have landed before my BOWP application has been looked at will I be able to get a full refund or is it a partial refund?

There may be no refund. Contact the visa office and try canceling the BOWP application.

I landed almost three months before they opened my BOWP application and I was told the refund should be automatic, when they see you do not need it anymore, they will close the file and apply the refund.

I had paid both fees for a total of CAD 255 and recently got a refund of CAD 100 (automatically - I didn't apply for the refund). Does anyone know if the other CAD 155 for the work permit fee will get refunded separately? There was nothing to process so technically the CAD 155 was paid for nothing.
