Hi seniors
When applying for BOWP do we have to submit IMM 5802 that is offer of employment to a foreign national exempt from LMIA with proof of payment from employer? As per the checklist it should be provided by the employer. Plz clarify.

Hi friends,
I have another question here. When I tried to do the eligibility check for online application it gives error code saying system has some issues. Has anyone experience NY thing like that? I have been trying for it since last week.

I've had some problems last week if I tried in the evening - a lot of 502 and 503 server errors. So I tried again when the server load was lower - at 8 am - and it went smoothly.
