May 20th applicant, got approval mail on Sep 18! Phew!

Congrats! Looks for some ppl it is still moving and they don't go with BOWP processing in the order of application.

130 days for me. Called CIC. The call center agent told they are working on May 6 application. Just keep waiting and visit the web site. Anybody else tried calling CIC?

I called last time and was told exactly same as what you heard

I was being told to wait and only call until website announces processing passes my application date. For now they cannot take any actions.

Processing times are f***ed up . If I don't get my WP by Friday I can't work any longer for current employer. Only god can help us now.

Applied on May 15th.

TorontoMo , did you get your BOWP?? Or called them?

I didn't get yet. I called them this week and she advised just wait. CC agent can't do much.

My boss helped me file an exemption internally to allow me to continue to work on implied status. I will know tomorrow if it is approved/declined. This is messed up.

I'm glad you can keep working. Yes, everything is messed up. Whole point of BOWP doesn't make sense anymore, it should get you work permit while you wait for PR. Pls, keep us posted if you get it. Good luck!

may 27 online application, got approval email the day before yesterday. also the address is my current address which I changed 3 weeks ago.

But WTF applications who applied after May 15 got approvals but not us.
