after uploading all my documents it does not give me an option to continue(just exit questionnaire) so confused man. How to submit the documents??

you must be missing to upload one of the mandatory document. once all the mandatory documents are uploaded then it gives the "Next" button.

May 11th online is still waiting, and I called after seeing that they are now working on May 16th applications.
The agent sent a msg to processing centre, and told me to wait to hear a reply from processing centre and keep waiting for decision. If don't hear anything call Call centre again. It seems like in endless circles now.

How much is a TRV fee (permit to return to Canada)?

When I did online questionnaire it asked me to pay 100$. But when I did paper application and went to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp to calculate my fees, it is asking me to pay 200$. I'm confused why there is a discrepancy?

Anybody applied for a TRV, can you shed some light?
