We don't get approval mail. Once it is approved in CIC site, you will be getting hard copy after few days. It took 5 days for me to get the hard copy.

By putting yes you could get an lmo request. BOWP is open and you don't need a job offer

I have Created my CIC account and My application separately and now i have to Link them.

It should be automatic - If you log in again, you should be able to pick it up. The cic account is very secure (as you know) and if you started your application from the account then it will automatically be saved into your account. Hope that helps!

5 days? That's fast. Where do you live? Guess it depends of how far away from Vegreville, AB you live... I'm from BC, so fairly close.

No one will be able to help you unless you tell us what the problem is.

So you already got the answer from CIC. If you uploaded all required documents, and can't proceed + CIC tells
you that online applications are not accepted anymore, I guess you will have to mail the application.
