I have not uploaded any file yet but do you think those file will not be required if i Modify my answers on those self checklist question"do i have written job offer?because i answered it YES,if i answered it NO probably the system will not ask for job offer right?and yes i check the "work permit for new employer"

Ass you are applying for BOWP and is open work permit.. Youu should say NO and proceed.

Self checklist Question is "Do you have a written job offer?If I answered it YES I need to upload an IMM5710,OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT and PROOF THAT I MEET THE REQUIREMENTS BEING OFFERED.But if I answered it NO,it will ask me to upload IMM5710 whick is application of TRV made outside canada.It was so confusing.Anyone who did online submission help please.I dont want to spend another 1400 dollars with the help of my lawyer.help!

If it is showing you a TRV form made outside Canada , then you might not have selected Current country of residence as Canada in the questionnaire session , Check your answer to this question.

Make sure you answer "Yes" for questions , 1. PR approved in principle(for CEC AOR received can be considered as yes for this case) 2. PR applied with in Canada.
This will enable you to show a Open Work permit form after completion initial questionnaire.

Thanks DIMMA! yah I answer the question 1 with a NO.Upon modifying it to YES the Option for Open work permit become available.

since the government pay for his kindergarten and he is like local student not international.

These fields are to be filled , if your son required a Study permit.

As per CIC web site :
Minor children who are already in Canada accompanying a parent who is permitted to study or work may study in Canada without a study permit at the pre-school, primary and secondary levels.

Minor children at the pre-school and kindergarten levels are not required to hold a valid study permit.

- So your case you may leave this filed empty or say going to kindergarten .

Hey guys,

I received my approval for BOWP permit and i applied for it on May 28th 2013. Today being the 30th of June. So in terms of how many ppl get it renewed i would say prob almost anyone who fits the criteria under CEC.

I guess you could say that this also puts some perspective on the processing times as well in case any of you were wondering regarding the CIC strike.

For you and your spouse capture the 10 years employment history.

For minors say not applicable or not working ,The PDF expects a valid a start year and month("From Date ")
for employment history , Capture " From date" as date of birth of your son and other details just say Not applicable.With this you should be able to validate the form.

Since you are already applied for PR with an intention to stay permanently ,To be consistent, Answer "permanently " to this question , It won't make any difference to your application forms generated by the CIC system.
