BOWP - How many of you have applied and received it successfully?

Hi,

I have applied for BOWP (second time) on Jan 31st while my passport had gone for PR visa stamping. I did that because I have to delay landing till April and my old work permit is valid till march end only. Has anyone done that like applied for OWP extension while PR process is almost complete? Will my BOWP application will get rejected as BOWP is given for the duration till PR process completes? Please advise. Thanks!

Im applying for my bowp and it asks if I have given any designated language test.
I did but i have sent the results along with my PR application.
So what should i mark ?

I applied for multiple entry visa on Jan 7th but no response yet. I am planing to travel India on Feb 20th 2015.

My question is can I get multiple visa in India if I did not get approval till Feb 20th. Your help is appreciated.

I believe you have submitted passport for visa. In that case how can you travel without passport.

Got a question for you guys regarding the BOWP.
I have my common law partner and 3 children 6,8,and 10 years old,we are still waiting for the RPRF,and PPR with my current TWP expiring April 20th,I'm expecting to need to apply for a BOWP.
Do I have to pay for the kids or just myself and my partner?

Hi,
you are eligible to apply for the BOWP since Ferbuary 5th, so it's up to you when you apply.
Yes, you can work when you apply (till your WP is valid).

As long as you have a valid visa to return to Canada , you are good.
