BOWP - How many of you have applied and received it successfully?

Submitted SOWP on 15th Sep online
As per processing time on 26th CIC was working on application received on 10th sep
Sp from this formula my SOWP application should be processed by this time
But no sign in Online status

Yes you're right.. it doesn't make sense.
This is really strange.. BOWP or SOWP process takes longer time than normal WP??

I just wanted to see if there was anyone who sent in their BOWP application via paper sometime mid August 2014.. If you did, have you received anything from CIC?

Is there a way to follow up??

I applied without an AOR and sent my paper bowp and it arrived in Vegreville, AB on August 21 2014... I'm really stresed... I jus wanted to see if anyone else had any updates on their BOWP.. Is there any way to find out other than the timelines posted on their website.. i feel like its really off.. no real timing..

Any advice is much appreciated!

No i'm just not sure who or what to call?

I dont want any attention on me until i know for sure.. unfortunately im on an implied status so i dont want any issues when i call them.. is there a way to check online by any chance?

CIC has a call center number on their website. Have you got AOR? I don't think there will be any issues if you got AOR. Implied status is perfectly legal...

Sadly not yet.. they charged my CC but i never received the AOR and its been about a Month since they charged my CC...

I emailed the Sydney office to follow up but no response yet either.. I know they say it takes 30 working days, so i assume i should be getting an email about my AOR by next Friday latest...

However, i don't know what will happen with my BOWP application.. I mailed it to Vegreville on August 21... my pgwp expired aug 24... i am still waiting on an implied status till they approve/decline my bowp application.. my issue is how do i know where they are in the process??

According to the processing times website, as of September 26 they were processing applications received on August 8. So, they are likely processing applications received somewhere around August 19. You should hear something soon.

I applied online for me and my common-law partner on September 10th and got the approved status on September 19th. One week after I received the visa in my mail. It seems I was really lucky...
