I guess where I get stuck is how they check for a positive eligibility assessment. The operational bulletin 485A that describes the BOWP application process omits the seemingly vital step of enclosing an AOR. On the contrary, it says that the officer uses GCMS as the basis for his/her decisions, which led me to wonder why we are sending them information they already have.SenoritaBella said:Eventhough CIC is one department, the work permit processing unit does not "talk" to the CEC/skilled worker/etc processing unit. If they did, there will be no need to submit your AOR in the first place. They can't "attach" anything, but can leave a message for the visa officer working on your file.
But anyway. If applications have been declined for not enclosing the AOR it's better to be safe.
