BOWP delays?

Is there a delay on BOWP being issued? The website says that online applications are taking 35 days but I applied over 40 days ago and have heard nothing back yet. Any insight would be much appreciated!

Same thing happened with my BOWP Processing, i received my PPR before my BOWP. I thought after flag poling i will withdraw my application and get a refund but CIC turned out to be more smarter than me, they approved my BOWP very next day...lol. Don't worry you will get yours soon, i have seen cases where people got approved after 2 months. I think it depends on the volume of applications as well as Visa Officer. Hope you would get your PPR before BOWP.

Wow! Thats crazy! Im glad you got yours tho! You think its not worth worrying about then? Even tho its later than the 35 day turnaround that they are giving?

Exactly! Don't worry sometimes due to holidays and volume of Applications, Estimated Complition time varies. You will get yours soon.

Same here. I applied for BOWP on March 8th but haven’t got any update. I called cic yesterday but the agent just said that my application looks good so I just need to wait a little more and also they said they’d leave a note for the officer. This is so frustrating..

I don't know whats happening... I check processing times it says application working on march 19.. and we are before mach 19 we haven't received anything ..this is heights of frustration .

I applied my BOWP on June 24th, 2018 and not approved yet. It has exceeded the processing time(51 days) they mentioned on Website.
Did you applied for BOWP and what's the status of yours?
