It seems, they are going very slow in processing.

hi my frnd is applying for BOWP, when i did mine few yrs ago they only required AOR, is there anything else that is required to submit bowp? i heard last year some one sd u need to have ur completeness or eligibility completed for PR application n then bowp can be applied?

Finally got the confirmation of BOWP approval today. No permit in hand yet but the approval mail received.
