BOWP - April Applicants

It looks like CIC is on vacation during the last two weeks. I'm sure I'm not the only one who suffers from it. In my case turning of initialy expected 65 days into 100+ turned into a very hard and expensive endeavour for me and my family which my end up with loosing all chances for everything. It should not be this way.

Applied on Apr 30 for me and May 1st for my wife.

I got a bowp for 1 year and i applied for the visa as i booked a flight to my country next month but i made a big mistake and now really tensed!!!

I applied for my visa online last friday and everything is fine except i scanned my old passport and attach it to my application but in the application form i wrote all the things from my new passport what should i do now?

I called CIC call center and he asked me to cancel my application but it doesn't have any options for that. So confused

Btw, if somebody had this experience before, please confirm it worked out in order to make at least two persons more confident about their state of things.

Looks like a long wait for everybody. I am desperately waiting when it will go to May. I am May 15 applicant. The processing time keeps on increasing. Any idea how far it can go, is there a upper limit.

Hi there,

I applied on May 05/15 and got confirmation on May 06/15. Last Sunday I got an e-mail that my application got updated but there were no updates when I logged in online. Hoping on getting something in the next few days!!!!

This is my 2nd BOWP, last year it just took 3 weeks!!!

April 1st, still waiting. CIC re-requested AOR/letter on July 16, uploaded July 17, no updates since then. Calls to their hotline are not helpful either...

anyway they make me implied status .whats the purpose they putting applied four months before permit expire.im waiting 103 days now .what really their limit inside canada applied BOWP?!any one has idea?!

-GOT CONFIRMATION ON 19TH,2015
- GOT A MESSAGE TODAY THAT MY APPLICATION IS UPDATED(I.E AUGUST 05TH,2015)..BUT WHEN I LOGGED IN MY CIC ACCOUNT NOTHING WAS CHANGED...ANY IDEA ABOUT WHATS HAPPENING..????/
